Tickets for Down Arts Centre performances and workshops can be booked online, by telephoning the box office 0330 137 4014, or in person at Down Arts Centre.- Down Arts Service runs a series of ten weeks of classes in painting, pottery and silver Jewellery. The centre also offers a variety of one–day workshops.
- Down Arts Centre has a dedicated gallery space that changes on a monthly basis hosting photographic, ceramic and a variety of visual arts throughout the year.

- Down Arts Centre is open to the public Monday to Friday, 10am – 4.30pm.
- Artist in Residence aims to support the individual artist in the Newry, Mourne and Down district.
