Tai Chi for All

This class involves fluid and slow body and mind exercises to develop mindfulness and movement skills.

You will learn a short form of Yang Style Tai Chi and an energy-based practice, called Qigong, that will develop your body, balance, co ordination, strength and awareness.  This class is suited to adults of all ages interested in body-mind practices to develop a greater sense of wellbeing and fitness.


 


Date:             Friday 10 January for 6 weeks


Time:             10.30 to 11.30am & 12 noon – 1pm 


Price:              £26/ £24 concession (per session)
